Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClickBuild, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ClickBuild provides a cloud ERP platform built on Odoo 19, including accounting, sales, inventory, HR, and more. The service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. In case of non-payment, we may suspend service after a 7-day grace period.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
