Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Click Build Information Technology Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Click Build Information Technology Company provides a cloud ERP platform built on Odoo 19, including accounting, sales, inventory, HR, and more. The service is offered on an annual subscription basis only.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payments
A reference monthly rate is displayed to explain package pricing. Subscription fees are charged in advance for twelve months in one annual invoice, with no annual discount. In case of non-payment, we may suspend service after a 7-day grace period.
5. Termination
You may stop the next renewal at any time, and service continues through the paid annual term. Fees for the paid term or any unused portion are non-refundable unless the quotation or contract states otherwise. After service ends, data is retained for 90 days for export and is then permanently deleted.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Annual billing policy: subscriptions are annual only and monthly payment is unavailable. The annual price equals the displayed monthly rate × 12 with no discount; the same formula applies to pricing cards, the calculator, and subscription creation or renewal.
